Assembly from customer drawings.
Bring your electrical drawings, specification and any preferred component information. Together we define what needs to be assembled, who supplies each component and what supporting information is required. This gives your project a clear starting point and avoids assumptions about what is included in the build.
Agree the build before ordering hardware.
The proposal identifies the assembly scope, component responsibilities, price, delivery window and handover requirements. We also agree how drawing queries and changes will be handled. Any required inspection, verification, testing, documentation or acceptance activities must be defined for the particular application before work proceeds.
Need design and programming too?
Automation X can discuss the full journey from requirements and control panel design through build and PLC programming. You can also use us for a single stage alongside your own designer, machine builder or programming team. Design responsibilities, interfaces and deliverables are agreed so that each party knows where its work begins and ends.
Useful information for a panel build enquiry.
Tell us the application, quantity, drawing status and target delivery date. Share your specification, component list, enclosure requirements and any existing drawings through an agreed channel. If information is incomplete, we can first discuss what is needed to define a workable build scope.
One point of coordination.
Automation X manages the agreed engagement and brings in specialist subcontractors where needed. We keep communication, responsibilities and handover organised around the project. Based in Telford, we support businesses across the UK and Europe, with build, delivery and any on-site activities arranged individually.
